Producer/Rap Star Lil John loses his home to foreclosure this is sad news. According to Media Take Out, the rapper Lil Jon got his home FORECLOSED on back in August 2010. Reports states Lil Jon paid 3.2 million dollars for the home…(This is SICK!  He PAID That Much FOR THE HOME And STILL LOST IT!!! SMH) We haven’t heard much from Lil Jon lately, but my thought is he needs to get back to work immediately and start making better decisions with his money and life. Lil Jon claims he made no money from his music just from his tours and shows he performed. I recently heard Lil Jon no longer wants to be a rap star.


They're constantly rapping about having a "lotta money" and such, but rapper Lil' Scrappy and his rapper girlfriend Diamond are in FORECLOSURE!  Diamond's car was also repossessed last month.  Both homes have been foreclosed on. And a source close to her tells YBF that Diamond and Scrappy are currently renting a home in Cobb County, but are behind on their rent.  What a coincidence huh? Nope they are fake baller’s living above their means. Both artists, former Warner Brothers acts and Lil Jon protégés, have had delayed careers as of late. Look @ these headlines.  Man this stuff is messed up.  Rapper Young Buck Enters Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and Learns Powerful Lesson.    There’s also the IRS  on Aug. 3 seized such assets from Brown’s home as a Breitling diamond watch, more than $20,000 in music-recording equipment, 50 Cent and G-Unit memorabilia, a faux fur coat, six televisions and X-Box. The City Paper reported that the feds took about $70,000 worth of goods in all, which didn’t leave Young Buck too pleased.

Even Rapper Jay-Z Battles Foreclosure Now this one could qualify as a business decisions seeing how he foreclosed on a hotel.  That was more like some Trump shit, seeing how this was not the house that he actually lived in.   Jay-Z, who took out a $52 million loan for a planned hotel development was at risk for foreclosure after the commercial real estate foreclosure crisis shut down his project.  (This is definitely different, do you think Lil Scrappy or Young Buck can take out $52 million dollar loans, lol) Right now, Jay-Z is disputing with his bank over interest payments he said were the result of their negligence.  

X to the Z, better known as Xzibit, continues to have money problems. The rapper slash actor is reportedly facing his home being forclosed due to not paying his mortgage payments. Although he hasn't talked about it, he reported owes around $21,000 to the bank.

    Beyond his 20k owed to the bank for his house, Xzibit reportedly also owes around $500,000 in back taxes to the federal government. His tax records leaked online showing that beyond tax liens totally more than $350,000, Xzibit was hit with a $205,485 additional lien by the IRS back in February.
